Spent 1 night in this hotel during our weekend in San Jose. Cereal, pastries, yogurt, and hardboiled eggs were better than expected.

The location of the hotel is great, close to restaurants and the freeway. The room I booked was very well maintained and clean, feeling like a giant master bedroom. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, even printing a document for me. They were always friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was comfortable and faced the parking lot, so it was quiet. The location was also convenient for my travel needs. I appreciated the outlets at the bedside for charging my electronics. The breakfast was better than I expected, with a good variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They provide many type of service - good bar, free wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. It has affable personnel and high-class rooms with huge bathrooms. The breakfast was good hot, we loved lots of meals: D

All the employees were friendly and outstanding. The location was convenient, close to Santa Clara University, a supermarket, the San Jose airport, and a market. I enjoyed dining at Taco Bell, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Everything was simply great. We loved this brand-new hotel. When we checked in, a queen room for a wheelchair or a person helping a handicapped person walk to the bed was ready.
